Enclosed is Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) Drawing No. 6, dated 3 January 1974. It is to supplement NRL Drawing Nos. 1, and 2 dated 15 October 1973, and NRL Drawing No. 3 dated 16 October 1973 that Mr. Alan E. Webb of NRL submitted to you by registered mail 6434:AWW:cbh dated 25 October 1973.
These drawings are now part of Request For Proposal N00173-74-R-I090. Referencing this Request For Proposal (RFP) please advice price, delivery by September 3, 1974 or sooner, FOB NRL (or maximum weight, point of origin, and proposed method of shipment if a delivered price cannot be quoted) for one anvil guide device in accordance with the above mentioned drawings.
Your offer should be your final and best offer since NRL expects to award a contract based on initial offers received without discussion of such offers.
